TOYO TIRES 8 YEARS WARRANTY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.) Years of Warranty – 8 years from the production date.
2.) Warranty applies only to Toyo Tires purchased from Authorized Toyo Tires Dealers.
3.) To claim the warranty, please present the invoice/ receipt of the corresponding tires for verification.
Show receipt from Tireshakk, Authorized and Accredited dealers. Tires must be imported by Armstrong Enterprises Co., Inc. to ensure that they are legit Toyo tires. All legit Toyo tires imported into the Philippines are from Japan and Malaysia.
4.) Warranty against factory defect only. Not Applicable on damages due
to road hazard, customer’s mishandling or improper use.
5.) Defective tires, as confirmed by our technical team to be covered by our
warranty, will be granted a discount corresponding to the amount of
remaining tire tread depth.
6.) For warranty claims, no cash refunds shall be issued.
7.) The amount corresponding to the value of the remaining tread depth
will be used to offset against the cost of the new tire.
