At TOYO Tires Philippines, we are committed to delivering premium quality products backed by reliable customer support. To provide greater confidence with every journey, eligible TOYO Tires are covered by our 8-Year Limited Warranty Program against manufacturing defects, subject to the applicable warranty terms and conditions.
This warranty reflects our commitment to quality, performance, and the engineering standards that drivers have come to expect from TOYO Tires.
Warranty Coverage
Eligible TOYO Tires are protected against factory or manufacturing defects under the conditions outlined in the warranty program.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, road hazards, accidents, incorrect inflation, overloading, racing, misuse, or other forms of customer mishandling.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
The following conditions apply to warranty claims:

Warranty Period
- Warranty coverage is valid for 4 years from the original invoice date or until the tire reaches 40,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.

Coverage
- The warranty applies only to factory or manufacturing defects.
- Damage caused by customer mishandling, misuse, or improper tire maintenance is not covered.

Refund Policy
- Approved warranty claims are not eligible for cash refunds.

Technical Inspection
- Every warranty claim will undergo inspection by the TOYO Tires Philippines Technical Team.
- Coverage will only apply after the defect has been confirmed as a manufacturing defect.

Warranty Adjustment
- Once approved, the value of the remaining usable tread depth will be calculated.
- This value will be applied as a discount toward the purchase of a replacement TOYO tire.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Customers may visit the TOYO Tires dealer where the tire was purchased or contact TOYO Tires Philippines for assistance.
Please prepare:
- Original proof of purchase or invoice
- Warranty card (if applicable)
- Tire for inspection
Our technical team will evaluate the tire in accordance with the warranty policy.
